Throughout the project, I contributed to strategic planning, project management, and communication efforts, ensuring that our final proposal met the objectives and enhanced X-Culture's global recognition. The project spanned an entire semester, during which I honed my skills in teamwork, time management, and international business, while also gaining valuable insights into cross-cultural collaboration.
X-Culture
In the X-Culture project, I collaborated with international students as part of a team tasked with designing an innovative summer camp program aimed at providing participants with practical business experience and fostering intercultural connections. My role involved conducting comprehensive market analyses, including competition assessments, market trend evaluations, and PESTEL and SWOT analyses. These analyses were crucial in understanding the market dynamics and effectively positioning the X-Culture program.
Based on our research findings, our team designed a summer camp program to be held twice a year, focusing on developing participants' international business skills. The program's first week consisted of classes, expert lectures, and integration activities. During the second week, participants worked in teams to tackle real-world business challenges presented by prominent brands, applying their newly acquired skills in a practical setting.
